Broadcasting a voice or text message is a lot easier than you think, and once you start using Group2call you'll wonder how you lived without it for so long! Once signed up, our Message Center web application is where it all happens: All of your account settings, message preferences, scheduled messages and message history are accessed here. You can setup unlimited groups, record and store messages for later use, view the status of your outgoing messages as well as delivered messages. Group2call also tells you how the message was delivered. For example it will tell you if a person answered the phone versus answering machine.

1. Message Center is completely web based.
2. From the home page you can broadcast a message to your groups, view your message queue, track your messages in real-time or create an emergency message template.
3. View our tutorials on how to get started, how to send messages and change your Message Center settings.
4. Create your own groups and change settings such as callerid for each group and whether they can receive voice, SMS or emails.
5. Add your contacts manually or import from your own Excel or text files. You can also set preferences for your contacts such as when they can receive messages and their preferred language. Contacts can have up to 3 phone numbers and one email address.
6. Create message templates to use over again, upload your own audio files (MP3 & WAV) or even record your own voice message directly in Message Center.
7. View any replies to your outgoing SMS broadcasts (requires premium SMS messaging plan) and even reply to your contacts directly from Message Center.
8. Change your Message Center preferences, contact information, message times and time zone and much more.
9. Search our online Knowledgebase or submit a ticket to our support team.
