What are Ad-Supported Messages?

Group2call is offering (on a limited basis) FREE delivery of all voice messages by using our Ad-Supported messaging platform. No voice credits are necessary using this method.

How does it work?

At the end of every call or voice message we will play a very short, professional commercial. Your recipients do not need to do anything, nor is the commercial invasive and they can hang up at anytime. All commercials are from professional advertisers such as ABC, CNN, Disney, Weather Channel etc. and may even include advertisements for local businesses.

Are my recipient's phone numbers given to advertisers?

No, not at all. Your contact's phone numbers are always kept confidential. During some advertisements recipient's may be asked if they would like further information and can choose if they wish to be transferred to a live operator. We also do not pass any of yours or your contact's information during that process.

Are there any limitations?

Only voice messages under 30 seconds and sent via Message Center apply. You are also limited to 100 voice messages per day and is open to non-profit groups, clubs, communities or sports teams. Sorry, no commercial use! We will be adding support for the toll free service in the coming weeks.

Ok, so how do I use this?

On the broadcast summary screen and if your message is under 30 seconds in length you will now see an option to send the broadcast using Ad Support. Just check the box and send or schedule your broadcast as normal. We recommend you run a quick test to yourself so you can hear how the ads work.
