Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of Group2call, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Group2call service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Group2call affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. Joining the Affiliate Program By completing this affiliate signup form you automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the affiliate program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise Group2call services to receive a commission on services purchased by your referred individuals. 2. US Residents Only Affiliates must be legal residents of the United States and have a valid Tax ID (EIN) or Social Security number. Failure to provide a valid Tax ID or Social Security number will cause your account to be cancelled without further obligation by Group2call. 3. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: • Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.) • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities. • Violation of intellectual property rights. 4. Affiliate Links You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by Group2call, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in set forth herein. 5. Affiliate Tracking When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate code. This code/cookie is used during the sign up process to track your affiliate id. All subsequent purchaes are made through the Group2call Message Center application and all purchases are tracked against your affiliate id. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the since the affiliate id will be present in their browser once they are logged into our database. 6. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon signing up and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by Group2call at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. You can cancel your affiliate account at any time. To cancel your affiliate account, please contact us at sales@group2call.com. 7. Commission Payments Affiliates will be paid on the 30th of every month by check. Affiliates must provide accurate information including a valid address in order to receive monthly commission payments. Affiliates will be paid provided their accumulated earnings reach $50.00. If an affiliate's account does not reach the accumulated minimum, their earnings will be rolled over into the following month, until the minimum amount is reached. 8. Exclusions Group2call Affiliates only get paid commission on purchases made for Group2call's Voice or SMS message purchases provided the referred individual remains a customer of Group2call for at least 30 days and does not apply for Group2call's money back guarantee. SMS Keyword purchases or any addiitional premium services are not covered under the affiliate program. 9. Limitation of Liability Group2call will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. Group2call does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this web site. Group2call makes no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. 10. Privacy: Group2call will not sell or disclose your information with anyone without your explicit consent. Group2call cooperates with those attempting to minimize Internet abuse, and reserves the right to institute mechanisms as part of its efforts to reduce such abuse. Group2call will not monitor or disclose your email messages unless required to do so by court order or law, however, Group2call will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and will notify such authorities if it suspects illegal activities. CUSTOMER AGREES TO HOLD GROUP2CALL HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND CLAIMS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES ASSERTED AGAINST GROUP2CALL, ITS AGENTS, ITS CUSTOMERS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, THAT MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDED OR PERFORMED OR AGREED TO BE PERFORMED OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY CUSTOMER, IT'S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR ASSIGNS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS GROUP2CALL AGAINST LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF; (1) ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED IN CONNECTION WITH Group2call' SERVERS; (2) ANY MATERIAL SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER INFRINGING OR ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING ON THE PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; ( 3) COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND (4) ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SOLD TO CUSTOMER FROM GROUP2CALL SERVERS.
